MVW Science Online operates a very strict privacy policy. Any information you provide - personal, business or private - is always treated in the strictest confidence. By the nature of the what I do I will require some confidential information in order for me to carry out work for you.

MVW Science Online never sends out unsolicited (spam) e-mails. Any e-mails I do send are to current clients and companies we need to do business with, and then only in relation to aspects of the work we do.

If you receive an e-mail that appears to originate from MVW Science that you were not expecting, or are unsure about, please simply delete it. The only items I am likely to attach to e-mails are invoices or receipts as PDF files.

Here's a few guidelines that will help to keep you (and your computer!) safe online:

           don't open attachments if you're unsure of their origin
           never give personal details asked for in e-mails
           never click on links in e-mails unless you know the sender
           banks will never ask for account details in e-mails
           keep your online protection software up to date!

People who make enquiries via the contact form are asked to submit name, phone number, post code and e-mail address (along with their enquiry). If the contact does not lead to the enquirer becoming a customer of MVW Science Online, then I shall delete the submitted details from the system and there will be no follow up contact from me.
