For those customers that like a more 'hands on' approach the CPanel link shown on the right takes you to a number of CPanel produced video clips that may well assist you in resolving a number of issues.

Having said that, I am here to help you. So if you prefer, you can contact me by phone or via the support form opposite, and I'll get working on the problem as soon as possible.

Although your web site is yours (you will have paid for it) it is preferable in many cases for any changes to be made by me. So if you do want me to make updates to your site just e-mail, phone, or use the Support Request form opposite.

If you have attempted to make changes to your site and things have gone awry don't panic... use the support system.

If you opt for a Level 2 site with mySQL functionality then you can have the option of making changes to text and images via a 'back office'. Not too much can go wrong (!), but should you need help, support is available.

Customers will be issued with a support phone number. I am also looking at implementing an online support system - more news on this soon.

Please make sure you complete ALL the fields in the form. You will need to enter your unique Customer Number.
