MVW Science Online accepts payment in
Pounds Stirling.
Payments for web site design work, site hosting and domain name registration must be paid within the times specified upon ordering. Payment for other products (such as AVG software) must be paid for upon ordering.
Web site design billing is usually in two parts. Part One is to be paid upon project start. Part Two (the outstanding balance) is to be paid prior to the site becomes publicly available. If a web site customer has chosen to take up one of my Update Options then monthly payments should be made via a Standing Order or Direct Debit.
Hosting billing will usually be a single annual payment to be paid within 14 days of invoicing.
Domain registration and re-registration will be invoiced upon registration (or re-registration) and paid within 14 days of invoicing. Various combinations of these will be applied if more than one item is ordered at a time.
Should an invoice for hosting not be paid within the specified time, MVW Science Online reserves the right to suspend the web site for up to 14 days. Should the invoice remain unpaid after that time the hosting account will be closed.

your hosting package with us within the first 30 days of hosting commencement,
I offer a full refund guarantee. Please note this only applies for the
first 30 days.
This does not apply to domain registration,
nor does it apply to web sites I construct. Websites are built in consultation
with the customer and I produce work which must be paid for. I can not
offer refunds on web sites. As for domain names, I have to pay a third
party for these - once you have purchased your domain name it is yours
for it's required period (usually, but not always, 2 years).
Currently I am not VAT registered. So
prices you see within this web site are the actual prices - with nothing
to add.
In this site you will have seen that
I present all my prices 'up front'. Nothing is hidden, no nasty little
surprises further down the line once you become a customer. While I reserve
the right to change my prices at any time, if i give you a price quote
prior to a change then that quote will not increase. However, if I decrease
any of my prices then any quote given to you prior to the change will
benefit from the decrease.
Credit Transfer
The preferred payment method is by bank credit transfer. If opting for this method you will be provided with account details. You should use your Invoice number for the payment reference.

You can pay with a valid credit or debit card over the phone or through the MVW Science direct payment page. Card payments are through PayPal and are secure. You will need your Invoice number for either of the card payment options.

Cheque Payment
Cheques (in Pounds Stirling) should be made payable to MVW Science and your Invoice number written on the reverse of the cheque. Cheques should be posted to the address shown on your invoice.

Your web site will be completed and available online
in the shortest practical time. However, I can only make progress with
sites if customers provide me with the text, images and other materials
they want included in a timely manner. I can only do so much without input
from customers. So, it is in customers best interests for them to supply
material for inclusion rapidly.
